RefectoCil No. 2, Blue Black, is a deep, brilliant color. The blue helps reflect light which makes lashes appear shiny. A very small amount of Blue Black mixed with Natural Brown results in a richer brown color.
Within ten minutes (developing time) Refectocil produces permanent coverage and even coloration which lasts several weeks.
