Thanks for shopping at Minkys. We appreciate the fact that you like to purchase our great Minkys products. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our Minkys products, whether you’re at the Minkys Online Store, or on the phone with the Minkys Contact Center.
All products are not available on a "try and return" basis.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the Minkys Online Store. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at the Minkys Online Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Minkys Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with our Minkys products you purchase from the Minkys Online Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re the best quality.
PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE - CLAIM OF DEFECT
If the Buyer (you) determines the product(s) shipped to you are defective email support@minkys.com within 5 business days of delivery or call 888-670-9083. Pictures are required to be emailed in showing the defective/ damaged product. After 5 business days of delivery the products are nonrefundable.
ALL products are not available on a “try and return basis”.
PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE- FOR ANY REASON
For hygienic and quality control reasons, Minkys,can NOT accept returns of any individual product, unless minkys shipped the wrong items, only then can items be exchanged. Items that have been opened and used CANNOT be returned. In the event that your shipment is damaged or incorrect please contact us within 5 business days for a resolution by emailing support@minkys.com or calling 888-670-9083.

Unauthorized returns will NOT be shipped back to the sender, unless the sender covers all shipping fees.
Due to the limited shelf life of adhesive, they cannot be returned. ALL PRODUCTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON A “TRY AND RETURN” BASIS.
